As Client Development Lead, Allie conducts all prospective client consultations and oversees new client onboarding. She maintains and optimizes the firm’s Customer Relationship Management system as well as internal billing software. She also supervises and collaborates with the firm’s administrative assistants to optimize workflow efficiency and operational processes. 

Additionally, Allie organizes and executes all of the firm’s marketing initiatives. This includes social media management, content creation, and website maintenance. She reports directly to Head of Operations, Megan Weiss.
