Beth Ann is a trial attorney with over 25 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, representing clients in majority/minority shareholder oppression, federal and state securities law violations, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, real estate, and lender liability cases. She served as the chairperson of the Texas State Securities Board for 13 years and is AV peer rated.

Previously, Beth Ann was the managing partner of a boutique commercial litigation firm. She is a published author, an avid marathon runner and competes in dressage with her horse Larry. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Baylor University and her J.D. from Baylor School of Law, where she was in the Order of the Barristers and on the national moot court and mock trial teams.
