Alejandro’s current practice focuses on trademark prosecution and enforcement, copyright protection and enforcement, intellectual property management and licensing, governance and M&A for nonprofits and small to mid-sized businesses, cross-border transactions between the US and China, as well as regulatory compliance for the media and entertainment industries in both countries. He is a native Chinese speaker.

Alejandro has diverse experience in both the private and public sectors, in the US and China. In addition to representing and advising artists, record labels, and entrepreneurs in private practice settings, he also takes pride in having delivered effective, efficient, and zealous legal services to hundreds of pro se litigants in civil, family, landlord-tenant, and other state law matters within the Massachusetts Trial Court system. He is a proud recipient of the Massachusetts SJC Pro Bono Honor Roll Certificate who has been volunteering in various legal aid organizations and programs for years.

Alejandro has been researching copyright issues related to the booming generative AI technologies, as well as national security issues and information operations within the GATT/WTO framework. Outside the legal industry, he is also a music composer-producer, a managing board member of a music nonprofit/orchestra, and a freelance photographer. A road trip enthusiast, Alejandro has driven solo through 41 states as of 2025. Alejandro has a great sense of humor at work.
