Haya Al-Habal is an Administrative Assistant at Lloyd & Mousilli.

Haya brings over eight years of experience in human resources, finance, community management, and entrepreneurship across the MENA region. Her career spans startups, NGOs, and international organizations, blending corporate expertise with grassroots impact.

Since 2020, Haya has led HR and administrative operations at Villa & More, where she established the HR department, implemented key processes, and managed full-cycle HR functions. She also oversees the company’s CRM systems to streamline client relations and improve internal operations.

Previously, Haya coordinated programs at PilotLabs, Syria’s first startup accelerator, and at UNDP Syria, leading empowerment projects for displaced women. She also gained international experience with Jusoor, organizing finances across multiple global entities. Throughout her career, Haya has actively supported youth and entrepreneurship initiatives, including the Innovation Hub in Syria, Startup Weekend Beirut, Startup Digest Syria, and TEDx Youth reflecting her passion for supporting Syrian youth and giving back to her community.

Outside of work, Haya is deeply committed to her faith and dedicates her spare time to learning, practicing, and supporting initiatives aligned with her spiritual values.
