Andy obtained his Paralegal Certificate from the University of New Orleans in 1986 and began his professional career assisting attorneys in several trials at the District Court level and the 5^th Circuit Court of Appeals. In 1989, he relocated to Washington D.C. and began his Intellectual Property career. After many successful years in litigation, he specialized in Trademark Prosecution and Enforcement and has gained years of practical experience. 

Andy has worked with some of the world’s most famous and valuable brands, both domestically and internationally. He is proficient with the USPTO TEAS filing system, the TTAB ESTTA filing system as well as the Copyright eCO electronic filing system.

In his free time, he enjoys riding horses and spending time with his family.
