Maureen Farrell has more than 15 years of experience in civil litigation, including business disputes, fraud and fiduciary duty cases, and complex personal injury claims. She has tried cases to jury verdict, including the largest fiduciary duty jury verdict in Texas in 2023. She has won multiple appeals in state and federal court. Her skill in the courtroom is matched by her commitment to client service and minimizing client risk by finding resolutions outside of court.

She began her career as a corporate finance lawyer in London, after training in Oxford and London. After moving to Texas in 2008, she earned an LLM in International Law, became licensed in Texas, and shifted her practice to litigation.
